Hi, I’m Lee Lynch, LMFt
(They/ Them)
Welcome to my practice. Whether you are looking for a therapist, facilitator or consultant, I’d love to show up for you with curiosity and care.
My work and life passions are inspired by seasonal cycles, plant propagation, herbalism and home-cooked meals.
Professionally, my background includes over 2 decades of multidisciplinary work ranging from graphic design to roles in non-profits and healthcare systems. Personally, I learned about grief & loss, and “feeling different” at a young age. These experiences have led me to be able to look at situations from many angles and listen deeply and respectfully.
My Approach
Together we will explore and affirm the complexity of your identities and expressions. All of your parts are welcome here. I tend to match well with folks who identify with one or more of the following: queer, trans, introverted, neurodivergent, sensitive.
Expressive Arts
My practice is grounded in my training as an Expressive Arts Therapist; this means that depending on your preferences and style of processing, we have the option to incorporate visual art, music, movement, writing and play into sessions to explore other modes of expression beyond talk therapy.
Evidence-Based Practices
Other approaches that I draw from include: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you gain insight and build skills.
